Pricecheck is not yet available to buy. This page does one thing: it lets you join a list to be told when it launches. These terms cover that, and nothing more. When the product launches we will publish full service terms, and you will see them before you are asked to pay anything.
By entering your email address you are asking us to email you when Pricecheck launches. That is the whole agreement. You are not buying anything, you are not committing to buy anything, and no payment details are collected anywhere on this site.
The price on this page is what we currently intend to charge. It is an indication, not an offer, and it may change before launch. If it does, the price you see at the point of purchase is the only one that binds either of us.
Write to us via the contact form at /contact.html and ask, and we will delete your address. You do not need a reason. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Nothing yet, because there is nothing to use. This page describes what we intend to build. It is not a guarantee that we will build it, or that it will work in a particular way. If we decide not to build it, we will tell you and delete your address.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, because this page provides no paid service, our liability to you in connection with it is limited to putting right anything we got wrong with your listing or your data.
If we change these terms materially while you are on the list, we will tell you by email.
